All transactions will be made in Indian Rupees. All payments have to be done by electronic bank transfers. Details of our bank account are as follows -

Specifications shown are to the best of our knowledge as well as interpretation of information received by the manufacturer or our business associates. DISPATCH OF ORDERS :-
Your order will dispatched as soon as all regulatory procedures and administrative procedure are duly completed. If you place an order where some items may not be available on stock, We will inform you accordingly and arrange for supplies after consulting you. We also import products specifically as per the need of our customers and due care is taken to keep such stocks available But in case of Out of Stock position, the minimum down time delivery period is approx 2 months. Hence you are requested to plan your inventories as well as orders accordingly.
DELIVERY METHODS :-
Delivery and Dispatch of ordered goods is usually done by our courier partners M/s Safexpress Pvt Ltd. All delivery costs are paid in full by us including insurance for the consignments dispatched. Goods shall be delivered to your delivery address only.
MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS/PRODUCTS :-
In case of any missing or damaged products received by any party at the time of delivery, you are requested to report this immediately to us in writing within one business day of receipt along with copy of your remark for damaged goods and photographs of the damaged goods to help us initiate the insurance procedure. You are also requested to keep all such damaged goods as it for inspection by the courier company to help settle the claim faster. Please be informed that No claims shall be entertained post the 1 business day period for damaged goods received.
